We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Business Analyst with a passion for customer-centric innovation and a deep understanding of generative AI. In this role, you’ll translate complex business needs into actionable, AI-driven solutions using Adobe's cutting-edge technologies. You'll partner with clients to reimagine their creative and operational workflows, leading cross-functional efforts to design and implement scalable AI solutions that drive real business value.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategic Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to global clients, particularly within marketing and creative teams, fostering strong relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to gather input, present findings, and drive alignment on project goals.
• Identify and document business challenges, use cases, and pain points to deliver innovative and transformational Adobe technology solutions.
  
  
  

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Serve as the lead expert in gathering, analysing, and documenting detailed business and functional requirements for optimal solution implementation.
• Analyse current marketing and creative workflows to provide recommendations for process optimisation and innovation.
• Ensure all requirements are accurately translated into actionable, technical specifications for implementation teams.
  
  
  

Project Execution & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Consultants throughout post-sale engagements to ensure the successful implementation of Adobe technologies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining strategic oversight and quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
  

Thought Leadership & Methodology

• Define, embed, and continuously refine best practices for business analysis, including templates, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide other business analysts, ensuring consistent standards and approaches across both simple and complex projects.
• Act as a thought leader by driving continuous improvement, introducing advanced methodologies, and challenging the status quo.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Senior Business Analyst or Consultant in Marketing and/or Creative industries, with strong domain expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, tools, and operational best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale transformation projects.
• Skilled in engaging executive stakeholders and aligning technology solutions with business goals.
  
  
  

Business & Strategy

• Strong in requirements gathering, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement for complex technology implementations.
• Experienced in discovery workshops and driving strategic business conversations.
  
  
  

Technology & Tools

• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems and understanding of emerging technologies, GenAI trends in marketing and creative sectors.
  
  
  

Problem Solving & Communication

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at working with senior stakeholders.
  
  
  

Languages

• At least an upper-intermediate level of English, along with an upper-intermediate level in either German or French (or both) .
