The Project Coordinator will assist in scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, and communication to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives. Additionally, this role will support the upkeep of the team’s MBOs and leverage Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.


What you will be doing:


  • Provide administrative support and manage documentation, wiki, project compliance, and follow up on action items.
  • Support system maintenance, access management, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Ensure smooth operations and communication with project updates and support activities like UAT of launching programs in Gainsight.
  • Assist in documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate tasks, resources, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress, track risks, and report on key metrics.
  • Support the upkeep and tracking of the team’s Management by Objectives (MBOs) to align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain reports, track project metrics, and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with team policies and project management best practices.


What you need for this position:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
