We Need You For

• Recruiting and continuous improvement of related strategies
• Administrative and organizational implementation of all processes along the employee life cycle
• Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related topics
• Shaping key topics (e.g. strategic projects, corporate culture, employer branding, etc.)
• Coordination, recording and evaluation of internal trainings and staff development
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed education in the field of Human Resources or related
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources Management, including experience in Recruiting, preferably with a focus on Active Sourcing
• Passion for supporting and developing people
• Own-initiative, structured and quality-oriented working style, resilient personailty
• Good PC skills; experience with a CRM-system (such as Salesforce) of advantage
• Professional command of German and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and willingness to learn
