Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation in a BPM tool or low-code platform. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, streamlining processes, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively
• Process Improvement:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation
• Analyze current processes and design innovative solutions using the BPM tool or low-code platform
• Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational performance
• Platform Adoption:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the use of the platform for process automation and digital transformation
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and project managers
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a BPM or low-code platform environment
• Strong understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for process improvement and digital transformation
• Experience with low-code development platforms or BPM tools is a plus
