Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Cork, Ireland
Type: Permanent
Job Description
- Program management of Managed Support services for Apps, Infra, Cyber-Sec, Service desk and End user compute
- Drive Governance, Customer Delight, Continuous service improvement, Innovation and ITIL process improvements for client
- Take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility of the support program managing SLAs, managing client sponsors and stakeholders of the program
- Working with Head of IT and his direct reportees in driving stated outcomes
- Identify and Mitigate Project risks
- Relevant experience in managing Support program
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders (Directors, Sr Directors in client organisation)
- Excellent team management abilities
- Experience in Retail, CPG industry is added advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL and SIAM is added advantage
