About the Role:

We are currently seeking an IT BI&Analytics Functional Architect who will be part of IT Business Intelligence & Analytics BackEnd Team.

This role collaborates closely with the Global IT organization (including Delivery Centers, IT Platforms, Centers of Expertise and Regions) to effectively deploy and support IT BI & Analytics applications in alignment with the IT Global Architecture.

Main Responsibilities:

You will contribute to the whole application lifecycle management, from analysis, configuration and delivery to the maintenance and retirement for BI&A products and guarantee that IT applications are aligned with Ferrero’s business strategy and ensure quality of delivery.

You will act as a subject matter expert within your functional domains and perform the functional application design in accordance with the IT Global Architecture and business needs with particular focus on data governance, data lineage and data modelling.

In this role, you will collaborate with the IT account manager to collect clear requirements from business users, work with Platform Leaders, Project Mangers, Demand and Portfolio Managers, BI&A Technical Solution Architects and other Application Architects to design and support application projects.

You will work closely with business partners and the entire IT Organization to ensure applications are available, supported and maintained according to business requirements and align with the IT Support Model and collaborate with Global IT Services.

Furthermore, you will maintain constructive relationships with suppliers to evaluate vendor offerings against business requirements, constraints and priorities.

Who we are looking for:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or Business Management and are familiar with data governance, data modelling and BI&Analytics architectures.

You have 4-7 years of previous experience in a similar role preferably in FMCG sector or Service company structures, and a strong knowledge on business processes and business intelligence solutions.

You are familiar with MS Purview and have basic understanding on Azure data services, Microsoft BI and SAP BI solutions and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills complete your profile.

You are a proactive and collaborative team player, who is organized and enjoys to effectively communicate across various organizational levels.

You are proficient in English and Italian.
