UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our fast-growing team, in Leiria Office. You’ll report directly to Product Director and work closely with Product, Development, and Customer teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the user experience and visual language of innovative solutions used in high-impact, real-world environments.

As a key contributor, you will play a vital role from concept to final interface, helping design cross-platform experiences for mobile, wearables, web, and AR-based applications. You’ll ensure our products are not only functional but also intuitive and visually engaging for a wide variety of users.

• Lead and execute the design of user interfaces across mobile, web, and AR platforms.


• Translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive, and accessible designs.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma).


• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions.


• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.


• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products.


• Advocate for the user in every phase of development.


• Contribute to a user-first design culture within the organization.


• Stay up-to-date with design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.


• Occasionally, collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for internal and external communication, including presentations, social media assets, product brochures, and event materials.

• BSc/MSc degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.


• 1+ years of experience designing digital products (mobile/web/AR), ideally in fast-paced environments.


• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and process thinking.


• Experience designing for cross-platform applications, particularly mobile-first experiences.


• Familiarity with interaction design, motion design, and accessibility principles.


• Working knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.


• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.


• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.


• Bonus: Experience with AR/VR, Unity, or design for industrial/fieldwork use cases.
