Brief Overview:

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading technology-driven business in the Middle East that is heavily investing in data, AI, and platform infrastructure. Due to continued innovation and expansion across the region, they are looking to bring in a Principle Engineer with strong experience in Data & AI Architecture to play a key leadership role within their Data & AI division.

This position offers the chance to work on mission-critical platforms supporting advanced machine learning, real-time data streaming, and GenAI capabilities. You will lead the technical vision and implementation of systems that empower teams company-wide to make intelligent, data-driven decisions.

Data & AI Architect – Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, distributed systems, or platform architecture
• Proven track record of designing and scaling real-time data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure
• Strong programming background in Golang and Python
• Deep technical knowledge of big data tools (Apache Spark, Databricks, Kafka, etc.)
• Solid understanding of ML deployment, experimentation, and statistical modeling
• Previous experience working in a high-growth or enterprise-level tech environment
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience mentoring engineering teams
• Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly desirable
• Contributions to open-source and familiarity with data governance and DevSecOps practices are a plus
