Job Title - Project Manager – Marketing
Location - Dubai
Duration - 10 Months.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various marketing projects within the organization. They will coordinate with different teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively, while also ensuring that they align with the overall marketing strategy.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform project strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
- Measure and report on project performance.
- Ensure that projects comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Communicating project goals, timelines, and expectations to team members.
- Providing regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
- Identifying and addressing any obstacles that may impede project progress.
- Upholding quality standards and ensuring projects meet objectives.
- Continuously improving project management processes and workflows.
- Monitoring and managing project budgets effectively.

INTERACTION:

Interactions may be with individuals or group (within or outside organization) and can be moderately unstructured that may involve parties with conflicting goals and objectives. Role holder at this level often act as a liaison between groups with a focus on solving unstructured problems. Interactions at this level require considerable interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflict.

- Functions within the framework and boundaries of the Banks policies as well as the overall organization and governance frameworks.
- Authorized to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, or related field, MBA preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing marketing projects is essential for this role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills are also important for success as a marketing project manager
