About the role

At the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge robotics, this Business Analyst / Solution Developer role offers a unique opportunity to drive autonomous solutions from concept to implementation. Working in close partnership with our technical sales engineering teams, you'll translate client operational challenges into robotics-based solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the customer analytics and solution development agenda
• Design solutions based on the customer journey
• Analyze and understand customer needs and requirements
• Lead and drive the building of solutions together with Product, Operations and Technology teams
• Build and maintain cost and pricing models
• Perform market analysis and market research to identify and build ICPs and target segments
• Collaboration with customers and partners teams to build trusting and meaningful relationships
• Brand representation: Represent SteerAI at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.​

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in business development, consulting, corporate development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the technology, defense, or logistics sectors.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of autonomous driving systems and robotics, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
• Regional Expertise: Experience from working in the Middle East preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Arabic is a very strong plus.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel across the region as required
