As a UX Designer on the Answer Card Framework team, you will be instrumental in:

  • Creating high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process to deliver exceptional end-to-end user experiences.
  • Scoping and prioritizing work across multiple projects and tasks.
  • Conducting usability tests with end-users and stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of user needs and challenges.
  • Presenting your work to diverse audiences, effectively communicating design rationale and impact.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience building, maintaining, or scaling a design system, including deep understanding of component libraries, design tokens, and accessibility standards.
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating effectively with front-end developers, translating design specifications into functional code.
  • 5+ years of experience clearly documenting guidelines, usage patterns, and providing patterns to partner design teams.
  • 5+ years of experience with Figma, demonstrating advanced skills in Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Tokens, and Libraries, including setting up scalable Figma libraries for other designers.
  • Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design, particularly in complex user scenarios.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UX methodologies, design patterns, accessibility best practices, and systems thinking.
  • A keen eye for visual design and layout, with an understanding of multi-modal design patterns and various form factors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work.
