Local Office Representative – Canada (Alberta)

We are looking for a Local Office Representative in Alberta, Canada to support our operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth office management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a background in law or accounting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support – manage office operations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Vendor Communication – liaise with service providers and oversee vendor performance
• Team Coordination – support team members by facilitating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring workflow efficiency
• Office Supplies & Services – oversee office inventory, coordinate maintenance services, and manage supply procurement
• Invoice Processing – handle billing, process invoices, and ensure timely payments

Requirements:

• Educational Background – degree in Law, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience – at least 2+ years in an administrative, legal, or accounting role
• Location – must be based in Alberta, Canada
• Language Skills – fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Technical Proficiency – strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) skills
• Communication & Organizational Skills – ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Law Firm or Accounting Firm – Background in legal or financial services will be an advantage
