Product Owner

This is with one of our Banking client.

We're seeking a Digital Product Analyst / Product Owner to join a collaborative Agile team focused on enhancing digital tools for advisors. This role supports both the Digital Advisor Experience initiative - building a ‘Pinterest-like’ resource tool and improving search—and Advisor Facing Tools that enable fund comparisons, scenario analysis, and more.

Typical Day-to-Day (D2D)

• Start with Agile ceremonies—stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint planning—alongside a 15-member dev squad.
• Break for an in-office team lunch that keeps collaboration buzzing.
• Dive into delivery: elicit requirements, run user tests, perform research, craft/groom user stories, and keep documentation sharp.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in digital product management and/or business analysis
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Roadmunk (or equivalent tools)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
• Solid understanding of Agile practices and SDLC
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA, MBA, or equivalent), or equivalent experience
• Advisor-facing tools or platforms
• More direct involvement in backlog/story writing and Agile ceremonies
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Closer collaboration with developers and QA
• Experience in Asset Management/Finance.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in financial services or with advisor-facing tools.
