Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience with SAS and SQL
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage projects and guide teams.
• Previous experience working at a bank or financial institution
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Power BI and project management tools.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience at Canadian financial institutions

This position involves wearing multiple hats, from performing detailed data analysis and reporting to driving team leadership and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of responsibilities and play a pivotal role in translating data into actionable insights that support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee scorecard operations, perform ad hoc data pulls, and develop new reporting structures.
• Act as a team leader, providing guidance in the absence of senior management.
• Oversee monthly KPI reporting and analyze business data to uncover insights.
• Explore ambiguous tasks, identifying and analyzing critical data independently.
• Use advanced SAS skills to comb through and interpret complex datasets.
• Translate data insights into solutions for business problems.
