Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with hands-on experience in building modern, scalable applications across the frontend and backend. The ideal candidate will be skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, and Python, with strong proficiency in infrastructure scripting and DevOps-friendly development practices.

You’ll be working on cross-functional initiatives involving React, Next.js, Spring Boot, and cloud-native infrastructure, contributing to both development and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using React (Next.js) and Spring Boot.
• Write performant backend services using Java/Kotlin integrated with frontend systems.
• Leverage Node.js and Python for scripting, automation, data tasks, and observability tooling.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation (HCL/YAML/JSON).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Shell scripting and containerization tools like Docker.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to enhance system observability and operational excellence.
• Follow best practices for clean code, testing, and secure development.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Fullstack Development.
• Proficient in:
• JavaScript / TypeScript – React, Next.js, Node.js
• Kotlin / Java – Spring Boot
• Python – Scripting, automation, or data workflows
• IaC Tools – Terraform, CloudFormation (HCL/YAML/JSON)
• Shell scripting – Used in pipelines, Docker, and automation
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps principles.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and system integration.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Knowledge of data science workflows or ML pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.
