Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full Stack .Net Developer to join the Corporate Functions and Support IT team to work on projects and focus on the development and maintenance of in-house Credit Approval application for a reputed bank.


Mandatory Skill-set


  • Has 4 years of .NET development experience, including at least 2 years with .NET Core / .NET 6+ and strong proficiency in C#, Web API, and Microservices;
  • Must have hands-on experience in SQL development and query optimization using MS SQL Server, along with API-centric design expertise;
  • Must have 2 years of experience with UI development skills using Angular or ReactJS, with additional exposure to web technologies like CSS;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and containerization technologies including GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes;
  • Understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience using security/code quality tools like SonarQube and Checkmarx;
  • Familiarity with messaging and scheduling tools such as Kafka, MQ, Airflow, Control-M, and file transfer protocols like CFT/S3;
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


Desired Skill-set


  • Experience or basic understanding of credit approval processes in banking or financial services;
  • Exposure to web technologies such as CSS.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and deliver fully tested, high-quality source code aligned with project and quality standards;
  • Collaborate with technical leads and business analysts to understand requirements and address technical aspects;
  • Participate in technical analysis to assess constraints and functional impacts;
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation;
  • Estimate efforts for development tasks and deliverables;
  • Support user acceptance testing and production environments by resolving issues as they arise;
  • Conduct code and design reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices;
  • Implement DevSecOps principles throughout the SDLC including security by design and automated testing;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in development practices and system architecture;
  • Contribute to Level 3 support and post-deployment issue analysis;
  • Engage actively in Agile or hybrid SDLC practices with strong team collaboration.
