Role Overview

My client is hiring a Level 2 Network Engineer to support infrastructure deployments and day-to-day network operations for enterprise environments. This is a hybrid position based in Singapore’s CBD, involving both remote support and on-site client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & IMAC Support

• Execute installation, move, add, and change (IMAC) tasks at customer sites
• Conduct technical site assessments and Wi-Fi passive surveys
• Handle equipment staging, rack-and-stack, and initial configurations for remote access
• Provide Day 1 onsite support during migrations and new deployments

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Deliver L2 support for incidents and service requests within a 24x7x4 SLA framework
• Monitor network infrastructure to ensure stable and efficient performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate when needed
• Replace defective hardware, manage RMA processes, and implement software updates and engineering changes

Technologies & Equipment

• Work with enterprise-grade routers, LAN switches, WLAN, firewalls, and UPS systems
• Technology vendors include Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Palo Alto, Aruba, Fortinet, Microsoft, and more

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 3–10 years in network support, operations, or field engineering
• Strong understanding of L1/L2 networking (routing, switching, VLANs, IP addressing)
• Ability to follow structured technical documentation and standard procedures
• Basic English communication skills
