Enterprise Data Analytics Specialist (Finance)

About The Role

As the Enterprise Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Business intelligence Strategy in the businesses of the assigned portfolio, with focus on specific projects. You will be critical for enhancing data logic and providing data content to relevant stakeholders in line with the Finance BI strategy. You will also drive focus on key areas of performance by developing insightful dashboards and providing analytical insights on performance and trends in line with the Finance BI Strategy.

• Support the Finance BI Manager in accomplishing deliverables for the assigned portfolio.
• Support data quality, accuracy, enhancement within the Finance BI area of responsibilities
• Be point of reference for building content and dashboard for relevant stakeholders
• Develop insightful dashboards for the assigned portfolio
• Communicate effectively between the Finance BI team and the key stakeholders regarding requirements
• Ensure data and content is provided in an accurate way and on timely manner
• Provide analysis and insights based on the dashboards created
• Ensure continuous improvement of existing content and dashboards
• Act as a consultant between the business and Finance BI to optimize outcomes
• Ensure on time and effective deliverables by following task prioritization through agile methodology
• Proactively identify and exploit revenue generation and cost reduction opportunities within the business
• Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on performance trends and improvement opportunities pertaining to the assigned portfolio

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
• Command of English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PC literate with knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook
• Strong hands on experience on Power BI
• Work experience in managing (processing and analysing) voluminous data
• Experience in deriving insights from data and submitting actionable recommendations to management
• Experience is setting in preparing and giving presentation on business performance to middle and senior management
• Experience working with financial and other data
• Systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capability of working around problems
• Self-motivated, highly organized, pro-active, and flexible
