Protip UK is partnering with an established U.S. healthcare technology provider to deliver a next-generation Patient Life Management (PLM) platform. We’re assembling a lean, high-impact product engineering team to transform complex healthcare data into clear, compassionate digital experiences, ultimately improving outcomes for patients and caregivers across the entire continuum of care.
Contract snapshot
- Rate: $30 USD per hour (independent-contractor basis).
- Duration: 3 months, full-time (≈ 40 h/week).
- Work style: 100 % remote; collaborate largely in UTC+2 – UTC+4 core hours.
- Eligibility: Based in Ukraine or Ukrainian-speaking and resident elsewhere in Eastern Europe, with the legal right to work as an independent contractor from your country of residence.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with business, product and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and workflow mapping sessions.
- Translate requirements into well-defined user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Identify system dependencies, technical constraints and risks; partner with engineering and DevOps teams to resolve them.
- Support Agile ceremonies, conduct gap analyses and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
- Validate functional deliverables and coordinate UAT to confirm that solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
What you bring
- 5–8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on healthcare or life-sciences technology projects.
- Proven skill in drafting BRDs, user stories and functional specifications, with mastery of Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management, requirements-gathering and documentation abilities, plus expertise in gap analysis and solution validation during UAT.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Detail-oriented, organised and adaptable to dynamic project environments.
- Ukrainian speaking with professional-level English, enabling seamless collaboration with global teams.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to mobile app development environments and Java-based back-ends.
- Experience with patient-engagement platforms and digital health or care pathway management solutions.
- Knowledge of system integrations, IAM or consent-management systems.
- Certifications in project management, Six Sigma or related disciplines.
