About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS. You will be responsible for designing and developing frontend features, backend APIs, and deploying services in a cloud-native environment.

This is a collaborative role where you'll work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions that are secure, maintainable, and performance optimized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React-based frontend applications with clean component architecture and responsive design.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Design secure and scalable authentication and authorization flows.
• Use AWS services (such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2) to build and deploy cloud-native applications.
• Ensure high code quality through TypeScript, testing (unit/integration), and code reviews.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize performance for both frontend and backend.
• Follow best practices for code organization, state management, error handling, and logging.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience building production-grade web applications.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with UI styling frameworks like TailwindCSS and component libraries like shadcn
• Experience with Node.js and web frameworks like Express or NestJS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway.
• Experience with serverless architecture on AWS.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization (Docker).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern tools and practices.
