Program Manager

KNDS Ammo Italy S.p.A. is looking for a new resource to join Program Department.

The company takes up the century-old legacy of Colleferro Defense industrial context, while at the same time becoming part of the KNDS Group and its dynamics as a multinational company aiming to become a leader in the European Defense Industry.

The job foresees ammunition programs activities (related to KIT catalogue) defining plan of activities, turnovers and managing all internal stakeholders. In addition, PM is the PoC for the final customers for contract deliverables and eventually after sales support.

Moreover, PM is the owner for collecting all necessary data during bid phase to support Sales Dep during Offer Phase.

JOB TASKS

• Developing and maintaining a clear relationship with customers and represent PoC for any kind of communication.
• Guarantee/implement turnovers planned in the budget/forecast.
• Define a shared plan of execution of program
• Follow/Guarantee execution of the Contract on Time, Cost and Quality and manage possible deviation.
• Managing all internal activities so to insure the good execution of the program
• Support Sales during Bid phase/Contract awarding managing all the internal stakeholders for collecting all data for CRP definition and technical documentation for final offer.

EDUCATION :

Master/Bachelor degree in business, economy or engineering
