Job Description:
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT, with a strong background in banking and wealth management.
- Proven experience in Java application development
- Knowledge in REST services, and SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Puppet, and Bamboo is a plus.
- Knowledge of FNZ Studio and experience in solution rollout across multiple countries is beneficial.
- Must have completed the FNZ Full Developer training before joining the team, with certification to be obtained a few months after starting.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional analysis for various projects, focusing on evolution and maintenance within the Workflows domain.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant business lines, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
- Develop and iterate functional specifications using Agile methodologies.
- Provide third-level support for production incidents and continuously work on improving architectural limitations.
- Define and execute functional test cases to validate proposed solutions.
- Lead acceptance testing and provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.
- Manage and document production incidents and user support requests requiring business analysis expertise.
- Support development teams on best practices and propose innovative solutions to improve existing architectures.
- Collaborate with solutions and enterprise architects to align technical solutions with architectural vision.
- Participate in the design and implementation of system integrations, considering infrastructure aspects
