Your day at NTT DATA

Our client, a prominent educational institution. They are seeking a Business Analyst to support the in-flight Credit Card Surcharge project, currently in the Discovery phase.

The role involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to progress outcomes from completed design workshops—refining current state architecture, conducting gap-fit analysis, and shaping future state requirements for presentation to the steering committee and sponsors.

Our client is undertaking a payment gateway, PeopleSoft project. Project Manager will drive complex project as they focus on putting new requirements into action. Hands on experience managing payment gateway projects, Peoplesoft projects would be essential for this role

Contract Role – ASAP – Dec 2025 with possible extensions

Location – Brisbane

Work Arrangements – Hybrid work, minimum 3 days a week at site.

Key Criteria

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis, including stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, feasibility and impact assessments, and backlog prioritisation to meet delivery timelines.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with familiarity working in Finance and Student business domains.
• Strong ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent soft skills in presenting, facilitating, and engaging medium to large stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience leading business analysis in medium to large-scale projects, with a focus on delivering new processes that impact university-wide stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with developers to refine user stories, define technical requirements, estimate effort, and sequence work.
• Comfortable showcasing work and incorporating stakeholder feedback iteratively.
• Skilled in analysing processes, identifying risks and blockers, and ensuring thorough documentation of requirements and system changes.
• Experience engaging and managing vendors.
• Must have full, unrestricted Australian work rights and may be subject to a National Criminal History Check.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft, payment processes, and payment solution tools.
• Experience working within University.
• Business Analyst certification or accreditation.
