We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Product Owner to lead a large-scale Salesforce implementation project.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and client management skills, paired with deep experience in Salesforce or CRM systems. You will play a critical role in shaping the implementation roadmap, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders and end-users.

Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and objectives
- Collaborate with business owners, product managers, and users to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Work closely with technical architects on business process design and optimization of Salesforce features and functionality
- Support the creation of an implementation roadmap, including future features and enhancements
- Ensure alignment of overall solution architecture, non-functional requirements, and integration landscape with business goals
- Participate in design review sessions, providing guidance and feedback to ensure quality and alignment
- Facilitate and drive regular communication between stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners
- Deliver clear and actionable requirements to development teams, ensuring timely execution
- Showcase product outcomes and improvements to stakeholders post-implementation
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to Scaled Agile Framework methodologies
- Stay informed on Salesforce capabilities and updates for continuous improvement recommendations
- Background in product management and product ownership with 5+ years of IT experience
- At least 2 years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner roles
- Proven track record in managing engagements for teams of 5+ FTEs
- Expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
- Knowledge of business process modeling, process design, and optimization
- Familiarity with non-functional requirements and integration landscape in large-scale projects
- Skills in client management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Understanding of scalable methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework or similar frameworks
- Capability to work with technical teams to align functionality with business processes
- Proficiency in solutions architecture and future vision development for functional design
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
- Proficiency in Rally Software for Agile project management
- Experience working within Scaled Agile Framework methodologies
- Familiarity with additional CRM platforms or tools for enterprise environments
