Your role at Dynatrace

As a Senior Product Manager, You Will

  • Lead the charge in defining and driving the product vision and roadmap for Dynatrace's integrations with DevOps tools (CI/CD, GitOps).
  • Collaborate with top-tier teams in engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver seamless, impactful integrations that empower DevOps, Platform Engineering, and development teams.
  • Innovate with AI by embedding AI-driven capabilities, multi-cloud platform features, and widely used frameworks into our integration strategy.
  • Engage with customers and industry leaders to understand their workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
  • Simplify complexity by translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven product capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and competitive landscapes to ensure Dynatrace remains a leader in intelligent DevOps.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices, toolchains, and developer workflows.
  • Expertise in AI/ML technologies, agentic AI systems (A2A, MCP, …), or autonomous frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Experience in Software Engineering with hands-on programming skills.
  • Technical background or hands-on experience with APIs, cloud-native architectures, or automation platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for innovation, user-centric design, and delivering real customer value.
