Gen AI Engineer

We’re looking for a Generative AI Engineer to support and optimize the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, develop custom AI agents using Copilot Studio, and deliver user training and documentation. If you're passionate about AI, user enablement, and continuous innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Guide users in effectively using M365 Copilot to improve productivity.
• Develop and tailor AI agents in Copilot Studio to meet business needs.
• Provide user training and create clear, usable documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay on top of AI and Copilot developments to continuously improve systems.

What we’re looking for:

• Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally with AI technologies and Microsoft 365.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, problem-solving, and communication.
• Experience with the Power Platform and integrating AI into workflows.
• A proactive mindset, hands-on attitude, and eagerness to learn.
