Our client is a pioneering company in the machinery sector, dedicated to integrating advanced AI capabilities to transform operational efficiency and innovation. They are looking for an Agentic AI Professional to drive the development and deployment of autonomous AI systems that can make decisions, interact, and evolve independently.

Job Description:

Agentic AI Professional who will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining AI systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities. The candidate will work on creating AI agents that can interact with environments, learn from data, and adapt through self-evolution. A background in AI research is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making and interaction with complex environments.
• Manage and clean datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for agent training and testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI agents into machinery applications.
• Monitor and refine AI agent behavior to improve reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Engage in research activities to explore novel agentic AI approaches and algorithms.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and safety protocols in AI deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing autonomous or agentic AI systems.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or related AI techniques.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or RL-specific libraries.
• Research background in AI, autonomy, or decision-making algorithms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Strong ethical awareness and commitment to safe AI practices.
