You’ll operate where few Agile roles truly go:

✅ Deep inside product squads.

✅ Coaching engineers, product managers, data scientists, and UX teams directly.

✅ Shaping how complex digital products are built across multiple squads.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Coach product delivery teams to adopt Agile as a mindset, not just a framework.
• Drive lean product discovery using data, experimentation, and customer insight.
• Influence product strategy, working directly with Product Owners and business leaders.
• Build real trust across tech and business teams - POs, engineers, data teams, and stakeholders.
• Remove blockers and foster fast, sustainable, high-quality delivery.
• Help teams navigate both high ambiguity (0-to-1 work) and enterprise complexity.
• Bring pragmatic agility to highly regulated data science and healthcare domains.

🎯 Who you are:

• Experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master in complex product environments.
• Software engineering or technical background - you speak the language of engineers.
• Proven ability to coach multiple squads simultaneously.
• Strong experience balancing startup/scale-up speed with enterprise process and governance.
• Comfortable with Lean UX, Product Discovery, Outcome-Driven Product Development.
• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery in data-driven and regulated industries.
• Excellent coaching, influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

🎓 Bonus points:

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with data privacy, AI/ML, or data platform teams.
