What You'll Do
- Lead Cybersecurity Initiatives: Design and deliver innovative cybersecurity strategies and technical solutions across diverse environments
- Perform Risk & Threat Assessments: Analyze system vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies to enhance protection
- Drive Core Security Domains: Take ownership of identity & access management, architecture, compliance, and operations
- Build High-Performing Teams: Support client organizations by establishing cybersecurity capabilities that are resilient and scalable
- Advise on Governance & Compliance: Guide clients in aligning cybersecurity initiatives with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Leverage Data & Forensics: Utilize emerging technologies to enhance resilience and conduct investigative analysis when necessary
What You'll Bring
- Education: Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s/PhD/MBA preferred or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 1–2 years in a cybersecurity role; consulting experience is a strong asset
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with industry-standard IT security tools, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization (e.g., Docker, VMware)
- Frameworks & Standards: Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or similar is advantageous
- Certifications: Holding or working toward certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, or equivalents is beneficial
- Mindset: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and a collaborative, team-first mentality
- Languages: Fluency in English (C1 minimum); additional language skills, particularly in German, are a plus
