Designer & Production Assistant – Dublin – Office Based

We’re a small, growing creative and production team working across areas like branding, interior fit-outs, signage, and construction site graphics. We’re looking for a motivated Designer & Production Assistant to join us in a hands-on role that blends design work with project and production support.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, contribute to real projects, and grow into a more senior creative or project role over time.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in creating visual designs for print, digital, and environmental projects.
• Help with layout, artwork prep, and adapting designs for different formats.
• Support the team in managing project timelines, suppliers, and installations.
• Visit client sites to assist with measuring, installations, or quality checks.
• Learn to coordinate between design, production, and external contractors.
• Take part in team brainstorming and project planning sessions.

What You’ll Need:

• 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design, production, or related areas (freelance or in-house).
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Some understanding or interest in signage, construction branding, or materials like timber, metal, or vinyl is a bonus.
• Willingness to work on a mix of creative and hands-on tasks.
• A full driving licence and access to a car is preferred (for occasional site visits).
