We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join a growing organisation in Dublin.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and expanding data and BI capabilities, architecting new solutions while continuously improving existing systems.

You will take ownership of data and BI initiatives across the organisation, working with large volumes of enterprise data from various sources, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders across the business—including the C-suite—to gather requirements and deliver advanced data reports, dashboards, and analytics that support decision-making and drive business growth.

This position will involve working with diverse datasets, including real-time data.

You will also be tasked with providing predictive analytics across various streams across the organisation to support future decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

You will work extensively with tools such as Power BI, Tabular models, SQL, SSRS, and more.

A foundational understanding of backend data solutions would be advantageous, particularly in collaborating with ETL engineers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a Senior BI Analyst or Engineer role, with a deep understanding of BI principles and best practices.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, enhancing and delivering new solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, ideally having previous experience collaborating with C-suite level and providing BI reports, Analytics, and Dashboards.

SALARY: €75,000 - €90,000 DOE
