In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, execute marketing campaigns, and optimize the user acquisition funnel. • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and player needs to guide strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement data-driven growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to launch high-impact growth campaigns.

We expect you to:

• Have proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
• Have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to optimize growth initiatives.
• Have excellent communication skills, able to engage both gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
• Be a proactive, solution-oriented problem-solver, with a hands-on attitude toward improving processes and achieving goals.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize them according to dynamic deadlines
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2700-4000 EUR/month.
