Software Architect

Initial duration: 6 months, with possible extensions

Location: Onsite in Luxembourg

Role Overview:

Our client a leading financial institution in Luxembourg is seeking a Software Architect to support the definition of reference architectures and contribute to the design of secure, scalable software solutions. You’ll work across technical teams to promote consistent architecture practices and improve delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain software reference architecture documentation
• Contribute to the design of application and solution architectures
• Promote secure development practices and clean code principles
• Define reusable implementation patterns
• Support software asset and lifecycle management
• Contribute to architecture presentations and documentation framework updates

Required Skills:

• Experience with Python, Java, and Angular
• Solid understanding of microservices and SOA
• Knowledge of software security and modern development practices
• Familiarity with architecture standards (e.g., TOGAF)
• Experience designing scalable and observable software systems
• Languages: Fluent French required; working knowledge of English preferred
