You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and fellow designers to turn complex problems into elegant design solutions. Strong UI design skills are a plus, but your primary mission will be crafting seamless user experiences that address both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to inform design decisions.
  • Analyze support data, customer feedback, and product usage to identify UX improvement opportunities.
  • Map and optimize customer journeys to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure high-fidelity visual designs are aligned with UX goals.
  • Work closely with product and development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
  • Advocate for best-in-class UX practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably working on digital product interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing user research into actionable insights.
  • Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze support data and user behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with UI design principles and the ability to collaborate closely with UI designers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a bonus.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to work on meaningful and diverse digital products.
  • Collaborative and dynamic team culture.
  • Flexible work environment.
  • Room to grow professionally and expand your skill set.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
