I'm partnering with an exceptional SaaS company ranked in the top 1–2% globally, and we’re looking for a Tech Lead to lead a high-performing engineering team and drive backend innovation across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a backend engineering team, setting technical direction and fostering a strong team culture
• Design, implement, and scale robust microservices using Go and Node.js
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and leadership to define backend strategy and architecture
• Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and technical development
• Maintain high standards for code quality, system performance, and reliability
• Ensure smooth delivery processes by managing technical roadmaps and ensuring timely execution

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience leading backend teams (5+ engineers)
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with Go and Node.js
• Proven expertise in building microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and secure code
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for mentoring and elevating others on the team
