🔍 We are looking for: Backend Developer with experience in complex ecosystems and modern technologies

🧠 What we value:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development 🧑‍💻
• Proven experience with JDK 21 and Spring Boot ≥3 ☕🚀
• Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL, with the ability to understand PL/SQL code (no writing required) 🧠💾
• Familiarity with Docker and Docker-Compose, including building and maintaining development environments 🐳🔧
• At ease with Linux (SuSE, CentOS or AlmaLinux), bash scripting and working on the command line 🐧💻
• Experience with Jenkins and declarative pipelines ⚙️🧱
• Proficiency with Maven and Git in collaborative environments 🗂️🔄
• Ability to work in complex IT architectures, ensuring efficient integration between multiple systems and services 🧩🌐
• Rigor in technical documentation and the application of good architectural and security practices 📄🔐
• Direct involvement in monitoring systems, resolving incidents and following up critical requests 📈🛠️

🧠 What we value:

• Previous management experience or direct involvement in data hub projects;
• Good knowledge of the Azure cloud: Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse (or similar tools);
• Practical experience with Databricks: notebooks, Delta Lake, data pipelines;
• Familiarity (or quick willingness to adapt) with reference architecture, especially in Azure, Databricks, and Data Factory environments;
• Ability to document technical and functional processes, in line with good architectural and security practices;
• Involvement in tracking incidents, monitoring requests and resolving critical issues.
