The Tripadvisor Product Analytics team is seeking a senior analyst who can partner with numerous stakeholder product teams, provide analytics and measurement expertise across key business categories, and contribute to a growing analytics team dedicated to generating high-quality, actionable data insights.

What You'll Do

• Provide timely insights and analytics support to internal stakeholders (including product management, strategy, marketing, engineering, and finance teams) to make data-driven decisions
• Use clickstream, transactional, product, and marketing data to identify sources of traffic and which products, content and functionality users are engaging with
• Enable stakeholders to access data and monitor key business metrics by building and maintaining data pipelines and dashboard reporting
• Advise on test design (A/B, multivariate, etc.), analyze test results to measure the impact of site changes, and make recommendations to stakeholders
• Apply creative analytics approaches across the key business categories to gain a deeper understanding of our customers and holistic business performance

Skills & Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in a product analytics role for a well established company.
• Deep expertise with SQL, Snowflake, ETL and Tableau (or similar business intelligence tools) is a must.
• Experience with Big Query, PostgreSQL, Hadoop/Hive, Python, R, and Looker is desirable. Exposure to a self service analytics tool such as Mix Panel, Adobe, etc. is desirable.
• Experience in working with large scale data in a must. Exposure to web/app clickstream, Salesforce data, B2B marketing data, CRM data, etc. are desirable
• Experience visualizing data for wide consumption, with Tableau experience or certification is a plus
• Excellent data storytelling skills and ability to think about the business holistically as well as from the viewpoint of the customer
• Experience with building ETL, predictive modeling or machine learning experience is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business or other related fields.
