About The Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. If you have a passion for data analysis, a strong technical skillset, and experience in detecting affiliate marketing abuse and/or bonus mechanics abuse, we want to hear from you!

Tasks

• Perform detailed data analysis to provide insights and help the business make data-driven decisions.
• Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from our databases.
• Utilize Python for data analysis and automation of data workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to implement and monitor ETL pipelines using Airflow.
• Work with BI tools (Tableau preferred) to design and implement visual reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Identify potential patterns of affiliate marketing abuse and bonus mechanics abuse, and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with Airflow for workflow automation and Jupyter Notebooks for data exploration.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau (or similar).
• Experience in detecting and analyzing affiliate marketing abuse or bonus mechanics abuse is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Russian.
