What You’ll Do

As a Product Designer at Showpad, you’ll contribute to designing simple, consistent, and scalable experiences for our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to build solutions that support our customers across their sales enablement journey.

• Design end-to-end user experiences: from flowcharts and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, design) to shape features from early discovery through to final delivery.
• Use data and research (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform your decisions — including user interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from your team and customers.
• Contribute to our design system and ensure consistency across our product suite.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience working as a Product Designer in a B2B SaaS company is a must
• A strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, interaction design, and end-to-end UX processes (not just UI or visual design).
• Experience designing web-based applications and working within cross-functional product teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and collaborating closely with peers.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma for design and prototyping.
• Leveraging AI tools in your work

• Experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer).
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system.
• Exposure to B2B admin-facing tools or platforms with complex workflows.
