Program Manager

Raiffeisen Bank Romania is looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Program Manager to join our dynamic Strategy & Change Management team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee and drive complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to successful completion, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including Board members, ensuring transparent and effective communication, managing expectations and aligning interests
• See the bigger picture, connect daily work to broader organizational objectives, anticipate risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive alignment and manage interdependencies of program objectives with organizational strategies and regulatory standards
• Motivate, inspire, and guide multidisciplinary teams towards shared goals
• Champion change management and facilitate smooth transitions
• Provide regular updates to leadership, track key performance metrics, and deliver clear program status reports
• Leverage your deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and emerging technologies to drive impactful solutions
• Have the responsibility to improve the way of working as well as to increase the team's productivity, including by using support tools from the AI area

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• University degree, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of program/project management (preferably in the banking or financial sector)
• Proven record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Takes full responsibility for program outcomes; holds self and others accountable for delivering quality results.
• Experienced in budgeting and optimizing program outcomes within constraints.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including engaging with Board members and senior executives
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Excellent communicator, able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders
