DevOps Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a forward-thinking energy provider based in Jönköping, Sweden.

Assignment Details:

• Role: DevOps Engineer
• Location: Jönköping, Sweden (25% Remote)
• Duration: 6 months + chance of extensions
• Start Date: ASAP
• Language: English & Swedish Fluency
• Application Deadline: 29 June 2025
• Rate: Competitive and negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure web services using modern DevOps principles.
• Contribute to the design and development of backend systems and REST APIs using C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, cloud-based infrastructure using Azure and tools like Bicep or Terraform.
• Implement containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Core Experience (Minimum Requirements):

• Strong programming background in C#, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Proven experience developing and securing REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design for scalable applications.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning.
• Proficient in cloud-native development and infrastructure as code (IaC), particularly with Azure.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes for modern deployment environments.
