People Generalist

As our new People Generalist, you’ll join the People & Culture team at a time of rapid growth and expansion into new markets like the UK and the Netherlands. You’ll be our go-to person for driving process improvements and making sure our HR systems and operations scale with us. Expect a mix of hands-on operations, process support, and involvement in project-based work across different HR focus areas.

And since we’re a growing company, there will be exciting opportunities to expand your impact, both within your role and across other areas of HR. Whether it’s taking the lead on a new initiative or exploring a specialist track, you’ll have the chance to shape your own journey.

About The Role

You’ll work broadly across our people processes, supporting our People Business Partner Team. Your focus will be to make sure our frameworks, tools, and experiences run smoothly and scale well as we grow. Expect a healthy mix of structure and initiative, and a chance to help shape how we do things.

Some of the things you'd be up to:

• Partner with our People Business Partners to support our recurring people processes - like performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles, and onboarding.
• Act as a super-user in our core HR systems (Hailey HR, Learnster, Eletive), keeping data up to date and driving initiatives related to system optimization.
• Provide hands-on support with People operations - employment agreements, documentation, policy updates, and compiling people data and reports to support decision-making and compliance.
• Support managers with practical people matters like benefits, policies, and tools.
• Contribute to various People projects across areas like compensation & benefits, global mobility, culture and well-being, or performance development.
  
  

So, who are you?

We think you’ll enjoy this role if you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment and likes to get things done. You understand that creating great employee experiences takes both efficient systems and genuine, people-first thinking. Beside this, you probably have:

• Education in HR, Organizational Psychology, or similar.
• A few years’ experience in a broad People or HR role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills - you keep things on track and people informed.
• A proactive, self-directed mindset. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Hailey HR, Learnster, and Eletive is a plus.
