As the Product Manager for the Data & Analytics (D&A) Delivery domain, you will be responsible for driving the growth, enhancement, and maintenance of D&A products across all markets. You will play a key role in executing the D&A strategy and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and architects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and maintain the strategy, vision, and roadmap for D&A Delivery across all markets.
- Act as the voice of the product to internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities and expected outcomes.
- Prioritize and manage the flow of work in alignment with the transformation program and D&A objectives.
- Ensure functional integrity and completeness of the solutions delivered.
- Identify and manage high-level dependencies with other domains.
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to plan and integrate technical enablers.
- Define and manage releases and program increments, aligning with SAFe methodology.
- Represent the D&A Delivery domain in governance and agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Maintain oversight of vendor performance and IT delivery quality.
- Strong technical understanding of data architecture, modeling, and database design.
- Ability to simplify complex challenges and communicate clearly with non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience, across multiple business units.
- Knowledge of Data & Analytics principles, visualization tools, and analytics best practices.
- Service-minded, team player with a proactive attitude and a positive mindset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services or a related domain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Architecture and implementation of large-scale data solutions.
- Previous experience in Data & Analytics environments or similar data-centric organizations.
- Experience in vendor and IT management.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile framework and related governance structures.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) in a data architecture context.
- Experience working across multi-market or global programs.
- Certifications such as SAFe PM/PO, Product Management, or Data Management are a plus.
