You’ll become a part of the existing team of 15 developers working on the RESTful microservices and will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and other team members.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Trainee or Junior Software Engineer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about software development and eager to grow in the field of Java. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working on a large-scale enterprise application, gaining hands-on experience in both engineering and process practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Or up to 1 year of commercial experience in software development (including internships or part-time roles).
• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Basic knowledge of Java Core, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Good understanding of client-server architecture.
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with version control systems, basic understanding of relational databases.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities.
• Study and understand existing codebases.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications.
• Perform basic debugging and troubleshooting of issues.
• Assist in creating and executing unit tests.
• Contribute to technical documentation as needed
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure high product quality.
