🌟 What You’ll Do

Cloud Security Management

• Monitor, secure, and optimize AWS environments in line with best practices and internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive security strategies.
• Manage CSPM tools such as Sysdig or similar platforms.

Risk & Compliance

• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits.
• Enforce compliance with GRC frameworks and standards like CIS and NIST.

Automation & Tool Integration

• Develop automation scripts using Python and policy-as-code with Rego.
• Enhance security posture through continuous integration of tools and policies.

Incident Response

• Participate in incident response and forensic investigations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential cloud security threats.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS security implementations.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, GRC frameworks, CIS, and NIST standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Azure and/or GCP.
• Familiarity with CSPM tools (e.g., Sysdig).
• Proficiency in Python scripting and Rego.
• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat modeling.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD security integration.
