Data Analyst

Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Data Analyst for Analytics Platform, that combines internal and external data sources into a data management cloud that can be accessed through a number of analytical applications. Data Analyst will work with SMEs to understand their business processes and information needs , working with architects, developers, and other members of our Informatics teams to identify and design solution options that support the business needs. The role supports both backend and frontend components of the solution. Activities include but are not limited to capturing and describing the requirements coming from Product Owner and key SMEs, data analysis from various sources, preparing UATs and solution demos, preparing and updating project documentation i.e. Functional Specification, User Requirements Specification, Functional Risk Assessment etc. Creating a clear task list for developers involves breaking down the project requirements into actionable items that they can work on.

Mode: remote (Candidates from Poland are preferred because the majority of the team is from Poland and it would be easier to discuss some complex and detailed subjects for the team in their native language)

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate has experience working in a multicultural, global work team.
• Experience in pharmaceutical and clinical trials
• Experience in data-driven & integration projects/products
• Experience in data analysis e.g. DBT/Airflow, Talend
• Experience in creating project documentation (technical writing)
• Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Identifies and acts upon opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement with the ability to influence and instigate change results-oriented with excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills
• Can work independently
• Agile mindset, knowledge of agile frameworks
• Very good command of the English language (spoken & written)
• Querying in database using SQL
• Good Knowledge of Snowflake architecture
