Product Manager

Product Development based experience only .

We're hiring candidates with experience in Go-to-Market strategies, product and catalog development, and a strong foundation in Business Analysis.

Candidate must be based in UAE.

Product Strategies

Define the product strategy, solutions, and evolution of data interchange between systems as new relationships are introduced and project needs evolve.

Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

Define the Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs with prioritized features

Prepare, maintain, and drive the product roadmap which defines product enhancement for short and long- term releases

Determine customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information

Introduces and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising and production

Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data, review product and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing special and customized orders

Obtain product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies

Product Management

Provide information management techniques to make solutions sustainable

Provide in depth knowledge of each product, usage and analysis to internal and external users

Responsible for product launch and release plans.

Coordinate internal and external product launches with all relevant teams

Provide source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives

Propose an overall budget to ensure success

Conducting product continuous improvement

Negotiates contracts, manages relationships, and monitors vendor performance against SLAs

Market Research

Assess market competition by comparing the companys product to competitors products

Monitor subject matter experts in products. markets and provide vision and leadership to technology R&D efforts

Assess product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results

Relationship Management

Define and analyze potential partner relationships for the product

Communicate product and detailed data specifications to internal teams, partners to support product positioning and customer demand as part of new product development

Provides technical expertise and guidance to sales, and product teams regarding data strategies to support partners and internal team

Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships through structured stakeholder management plans and tracking

Responsible for keeping current partners satisfied and delivering exceptional internal department and partners service on a day-to-day service

Resolve technical, data, business obstacles or customer satisfaction issues

Reporting

Conduct weekly and month end reports for internal and external stakeholders

Prepare presentations for partners to improve the product and enhance their performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution of the product.
• Build and scale a multidisciplinary product team including product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers.
• Lead user journey mapping and stakeholder analysis to identify pain points and build features that directly solve root problems.
• Conduct user interviews and apply both quantitative and qualitative research to enhance app usability and achieve product-market fit (PMF).
• Collaborate with marketing teams (online and offline) to optimize market positioning and refine the value proposition.

Must have hands-on experience in the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to launch — including drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
