Sales Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales of fintech, banking or technology products
• Knowledge of basic principles of digital marketing - foundations of social media, managing the advertising campaigns, benefits, risks
• Experience with B2C clients (B2B), knowledge of sales cycles, ability to manage long-term customer relations
• Excellent communication skills and negotiating experience with C-level executives, as well as ability to promote complex fintech solutions
• Understanding of current trends in the fintech industry, market developing tendencies and risks
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb new information
• English - upper B2 level, Russian - fluently
• Ability to work in dynamic environment
• The ability to travel on business trips across Europe
• Proactivity and result-oriented mindset, ability to develop sales strategies and implement them to achieve KPI
