The Fund Product Solution Architect position is an individual responsible for leading fund related products and service design, development, and implementation combined with AI and Blockchain technology. As a key member of fund solutions team, will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify AI driven and blockchain based products/services, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality fund related products and services.

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of client fund related processes, objectives, and challenges to develop innovative and effective solutions

2. Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define products and services requirements, scope, and functionality

3. Design, develop and implement products and services using industry-leading AI and blockchain technologies and frameworks

4. Configure the system set-up and adjust the parameters according to clients’ needs from time to time

5. Assis in managing the architecture and designing of economy model of new products and services.

6. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services

7. Conduct product testing, validation, and optimization to ensure high performance, scalability, and security

8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Job description

1. Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in a business development, relationship management, pre-sale solution role or any other domain with transferrable skills

2. Proven track record of leading projects from concept to delivery

3. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, able to work independently or lead cross-functional teams

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with diverse groups of people

5. Ability to travel at least 25% of the time for client meetings, workshops, and other business needs
