Data Entry Analyst

Compensation: $18-$21/hourly

Location: Atlanta, GA 

Position: Data Entry Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Entry Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great company. This position is a long term contract and offers a hybrid schedule—four days onsite and Fridays remote. The ideal candidate is someone with a go-getter attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. It’s a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a background in administrative or clerical work looking to break into a corporate environment with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Enter and process customer claims accurately using Salesforce or similar software

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with QA Managers to route claims appropriately

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with managers to request and track down additional information as needed

  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  

  Proficiency in computer navigation and basic office software

  
  


• 
  

  Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in administrative or clerical roles (2+ years preferred)

  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 
  

  Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems

  
  


• 
  

  Background in claims processing or quality assurance support

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and follow-up skills
